Baptism:
Procedure:
- Come to the parish office to fill out a Baptism application.
- Attend three Sunday Masses:
You must sign-up before Mass, not after Mass. There will be NO excuse for being late or forgetting to sign in. You will be presented at the end of Mass. If you leave early, then your attendance does not count. There is NO EXCUSE!!!
- Set an appointment to have an interview with a parish deacon or priest
- Turn in papers such as birth certificate, pre-baptism class certificate and permission of godparents and their pre-baptism class certificate (if they are from another parish)
- At the interview the deacon or priest will approve the date and Mass of your child’s baptism.
****Please do nto set the date of your child's Baptism until it is approved by the deacon or priest with whom you were interviewed.
Requirements:
for Parents:
- Must attend three Sunday Masses.
- Must attend a pre-Baptism class in our parish or another parish.
- Must have an interview with a parish deacon or priest
- Must pay $20 fee.
for Godparents:
- Must be a Catholic over 16 years of age and be confirmed.
- If married, you must have been married in the Catholic Church; CANNOT be living together.
- Must attend three Sunday Masses.
First Holy Communion for Children:

Quinceañera
Procedure:
- DO NOT rent the reception hall before you reserve the date with the parish office.
- Go to the parish office to fill out the application and make a deposit.
- Attend the quinceañera class.
- Attend 5 Sunday Masses. Sign up 10 minutes before Mass.
- Have an interview with one of the parish deacon or Fr. Tri.
Requirements:
- Attend 5 Sunday Masses. Sign up 10 minutes before Mass.
- Have an interview with one of the parish deacon or Fr. Tri.
- The quinceañera must attend the confirmation class.
- The fee of the celebration is $250.00 for non registered or newly register and $150.00 for register parishioners
- $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required
RCIA: The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
This process is for adults who want to know about the Catholic faith and to become Catholics. It is also for those who were baptized in the Catholic faith, but have not received First Holy Communion and/or confirmation. This process begins in September. If you are interested, please call the parish office to register.
Confirmation Class for Adults:
This class is for those who are baptized and have received First Holy Communion and want to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. Class begins in February. Please call the parish office to register.
Weddings - The Sacrament of Matrimony:
Procedure:
- Contact the parish office at least six months before the date you wish to be married.
- Set up an appointment with a parish deacon or priest to fill out necessary paper works and approve the date.
Requirements:
- You must be registered in the parish for at least three months.
- If you are from another parish, you must have permission from your parish to be married in our parish, or to have the preparation done in your parish and then have the papaers sent to us.
- You must take a marriage preparation class (call the parish for schedule)
- There is a fee of $150.00 for parishoners and $250.00 for non-registered or non-parishioners.
Anointing of the Sick - The Sacrament of Holy Unction:
Please call the parish office, when you or your loved ones are seriously sick, before surgery, or are hospitalized.
Funerals:
Our prayers and our condolences extend to you and your family. Please call the parish office if you wish to have a Funeral Mass for your loved one in our parish.
