Upcoming Events Marian Devotion ¤ To promote and renew the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mother, we will have a Marian devotion every Wednesday at 6:00 pm. We will begin with praying the Rosa, followed by Holy Mass to honor the Blessed Virgin Mother The Year for Priests ¤ To commemorate the Year for Priests, June 18, 2009 - June 19, 2010, dedicated by Our Holy Father Pope Benedict, we as everyone to pray for priests. There is a book under the large picture of the Sacred Heart in the church where you can enter the names of priests you have known and want to pray for. These can be the priest who baptized you, the priest who heard your first confession, your parish priest, the priests you have known who helped you in difficulties, priests you have known who have gone to God, the priest you love. Because priests are "from the people" and are human beings, write in the names also, of any priest you may have known who has hurt you or who has not behaved toward you with courtesy, patience, understanding or love. Mariachi Concert - December 5 ¤ The Annual Mariachi Concert is Saturday, December 5, in the main church at 6:00 PM. Music is provided by Maiachi Nuevo Sonido, Mayela Alejandra, Gabriella Villalobos, Mariachi Porvenir and Javier Jurado. Tickets are $10 (advance purchase in the church office) or $15 at the door. Scripture Study - January 6 ¤ This Bible study and prayer group will start on Wednesday, January 6, from 6:00 - 7:00PM and be held every Wednesday night in the parish office.
